Banana Loaf
BAHAN:
- 2 cup tepung
- 1/4 sdt garam
- 1sdt soda kue
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (bisa diganti gula merah)
- 1/2 cup margarin/butter
- 2 telur, kocok
- 2 1/3 cup pisang, lumatkan.
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Panaskan oven 350°F (api sedang). Siapkan loyang dan olesi dengan margarin.
2. Campurkan tepung, garam, soda kue. Aduk dan sisihkan.
3. Kocok margarin dan brown sugar sampai tercampur rata. Masukkan telur secara bertahap. Aduk hingga rata. Matikan mixer
4. Masukkan lumatan pisang. Aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur.
5. Masukkan campuran tepung. Aduk menggunakan spatula hingga tercampur rata.
6. Masukkan ke loyang. Hentak-hentakkan loyang agar adonan lebih padat.
7. Masukkan kedalam oven. Panggang selama 60-65menit atau jika ditusuk dengan tusuk gigi tidak ada adonan yang menempel.
8. Keluarkan dari oven. Tunggu selama 5 menit, keluarkan dari loyang. Pastikan sudah benar-benar dingin saat akan dipotong. Sajikan ^^
ps: bisa ditambahkan aneka kacang-kacangan atau chocochip sebelum dimasukkan kedalam loyang.
